To keep in mind...

1. When will the product come out? You can check out the release date in the item description! Note that some items may be marked with a TBA release date.
2. Some product may need a mimimum of pieces to be produced but fret not: if the production won't start you'll be refunded. You can find if the product you're interested in requires such a thing in the item description, if there's no note even just one piece will be produced!
3. Preorders are not refundable unless you cancel the order before the date set as closure of the pre-order period. If the production has already started no refunds will be issued. Note that if there's no closure date in the product description you cannot cancel the order.
4. About mixing items labeled as "preorder" and ones in stock in your cart: if you happen to mix them it will be counted as an implicit will to wait for all the times to be in stock. If it's a mistake please get in touch with me through the form or directly at [email protected] to review your order! (if you're going to chose a pick-up date in which the preorder item will be released already no need to worry obviously)
