WHO IS THE ARTIST BEHIND "KUROI KITSUNE ART"?
I am an illustrator / concept artist / animator based in Milan.
Drawing has always been my biggest passion since I've been able to hold something to draw and nowdays I have under my belt I have two masters respectively in concept art and 2D animation and a CG animation degree :)
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE GOODIES?
It takes me around a week to prepare the order, unless one or more of the items you chose are out of stock or listed as preorder. The timeframe to receive your order varies based on your location. In Italy it takes about 3 working days. In Europe and mediterranean countries it takes around 5 working days. In Africa, Americas, Asia and Oceania it usually takes around 10 days. It usually takes a little more during festivities. Unfortunately I don't have control over shipping timings.
HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?
The shipping fees depend on your location and the overall weight of the order. You'll see the price of the shipping at check-out.
DO YOU ACCEPT COMMISSIONS?
I usually do, but I suggest you check out with me via e-mail or Instagram to confirm that the infos on this website are up to date and sometimes I'm not available right away and I simply forgot to update the website. Commissions are not available for purchase through this website bun can be discussed via Instagram at @kuroikitsuneart or e-mail at [email protected]
WHAT KINDS OF COMMISSIONS ARE YOU OK WITH DOING?
I'm ok with pretty much all kinds of commissions, note that I'll be drawing in my style but you can point out what style would you like between my previous works.
I do draw: fanart and original characters (this includes ships of any gender between original characters, canon characters and mixed ones), mild gore and NSWF.
NOTE that I will draw NSFW to my discretion: by submitting a request you declare you are of legal age and you relieve me from any responsibility.
I won't draw: excessive violence, hateful/offensive art in general. I also don't draw mecha, robots, vehicles and pieces focused on the environment.

IF I PURCHASE A COMMISSION, CAN I USE IT TO CREATE MERCH AND SELL IT?
Commissions for personal or commercial use are priced differently.
Standard commissions:
By purchasing a commission, the customer purchases the rights of personal use of the creation. The purchase won't give the customer the intellectual property and the moral rights of the creation, which will be retained by the artist. Commercial use is NOT allowed and any violation will result in legal consequences.
Commercial commissions:
If stated in the beginning I could consider commissions for commercial use - rules of usage will be discussed to find an agreement. Note that any use not agreed beforehand is NOT allowed and any violation will result in legal consequences.
